Method

Groundnuts-1 cup.
Jaggery-1 cup.
Water-1/4cup.

Method

Clean the ground nuts and coarsely powder it.
Add water in a thick bottomed kadai and add jaggery to it.
Let the jaggery boil and becomes thick.
To this add groundnuts and turn off the stove.
In a plate add the mixture and flatten it.
Cut it to a diamond shape and groundnut burfi is ready to serve.
