Ingredients: Rice - 1cup
Urudh dhal - 1/4 cup
vendhayam - 1tsp
javvarisi - white balls - 2tbsp
salt to taste
Method: 1.soak all the ingredients for 5 hrs
2. grind well smoothly like idli batter
after fermentation , pour it in idli plate
3.steam cook and serve with chutney
4.soft idlies are prepares
