Ingredients:
toor dal -1/2 cup
big ripe tomato -2
salt to taste
curry, corainder leaves
accordingly
to powder-jeera,
peppercorns, ( 1 spoon
each), redchilli - 2,
asefatodia.--- (a pinch)
seasoning
mustard seeds-1/2 spoon
sugar-1/4 spoon




Method:
Boil dal and tomato together, mash
them and keep aside. take a pan dry
fry the things to be powdered and
powder it. Add this powder to the
tomato water. add salt, water
accordingly, curry leaves and
coriander leaves and boil them. now
take ghee 1/2 a teaspoon in the pan
add mustard seeds and litlle curry
leaves add to the boiling mixture add
sugar and serve.( U CAN EVEN ADD A
GARLIC POD SMASHED ON TOP OF
THIS WHEN U ADD SUGAR
TOTINGLE THE TASTE). now start
tasting MAMA'S HEALTHY TOMATO
RASAM hot and tastyyyyyyyyyyy.
