Ingredients: Julienned potatos,drum
sticks, raw banana, long
beans,raw
mangoes,carrots,beans.
curry leaves,grated coconut
curd,green chillies,cumin
seeds, salt to taste
Method: Cook the vegetables with salt and
water. Grind grated coconut, green
chillies and cumin seeds. Add this
paste to thick curd. Add the cooked
vegetables and heat all together. Add
salt.
Garnish with coconut oil and curry
leaves. Serve hot.
