Ingredients:
To paste:
Pepper-1TB spoon
cumin-1 tsp
green chilly -3
garlic-10gloves
curry leave, coriander leaves,
and salt as required amount
tamarind
tomato-small size-2
red chilly-1
urad and kadugu

Method:
marinate the tamarind before going to
cook with 01 tumbler of water. grind
the ingredients which is present under
the title paste. grinded items should
not be too paste. tamarind pulp mix it
with the paste. Then add
tamato,coriander and curry leaves with
salt, mix it well by using hand.
take a pan and pour oil, add kadugu
and urad dhal, after that add red
green chillies, and grinded garlic cloves
after garlic fried pour the mixed items
add three tumbler of water add some
more salt. when get to to boil off the
stove.
