Ingredients: vermicelli-100 gm
sugar-1 cup
condensed milk-half cup
cardamom-4
cashews-15
raisins-10
milk-half litre.
ghee-a little.
Method: 1.in a kadai fry vermicelli with little ghee.
2.remove this from fire and keep aside.
3.in a thick bottomed kadai add ghee and
fry cashews and raisins.
4.to this add vermicelli and pour water.
5.when vermicelli is cooked well add sugar
and condensed milk.
6.to this add boiled milk and mix well.
7.immediately remove from fire.
8.check for consistency and can be served.
