RASGULLA IN 5 MTS Recipe: (Category: Indian Sweets)

Ingredients: Milk-1/2 lt
lemon-1/2
sugar-200 gms
water-200 ml
Method: boil milk,off stove.
add lemon juice in milk and mix till
curdles.
strain the paneer in a strainer ,press
well with spoon(water will fully
strained)
keep that paneer in fridge for
sometimes and mix in hand to make
soft dough.
do small balls.
take a pressure cooker,disolve sugar
in water,add balls,keep on stove and
leave 4 whistles.
then cool the heat immediately in air
and serve.
now soft and spongy rasgulla with
syrup is ready.
