sweet kachori Recipe: (Category: Indian Sweets)

Ingredients: For Filling:200gms khoya,50gms
milk powder,1/2
nutmeg-cardamon-cinnamon
For Cover:250gms plain
flour,1tbsp cornflour,30gms ghee
For Syrup:250gms sugar,1cup
water,1big pinch saffron,ghee for
deep fry
Method: Mix ingredients for filling.the mixture
should be soft and curmbly.Mix ingredients
for cover.Using water knead to a pliable
dough.Cover with a wet cloth,Keep aside
.boil sugar water adding a tbsp of milk to
clear the syrup.Boil till the syrup is
sticky between the fingers strain.crush and
add the saffron.Keep aside.Make 15 to 16
flattish bolls fo the mixter.Divided dough
also into 15 to 16 parts.Roll 1 part in to
puri,place 1 mixture boll in the
center.Pull up all the sides to seal the
mixter and press in center.Make 5 to 6 such
kachories,heat ghee and fry on low flame
till light brown turning onces.Repeat for
remaining kachories.When slightly,make hole
in the center for each.Pour about 1/2 tbsp
of syrup,and roll kachori around to let the
syrup spread alowto stand for half hour
before serving
