bread moong dal potato fry Recipe: (Category: Snacks / Side Dishes)

Ingredients: bread slices-20
moong dal sprouts-half cup.
onion-2
potato-5 to 8.
garam masala.
salt to taste.
chilli powder.
oil for frying.
coriander leaves.
Method: 1.boil and mash potatoes.
2.peel the skin of potato.
3.grind moong dal and onion together.
4.add garam masala,chilli powder salt to
the moong dal and potato mixture.
5.stuff the mixture in bread and close the
bread with little water and deep fry each
bread piece in oil.
6.serve hot with pudina chutney and tomato
sauce.
