Ingredients: BRINJAL - 2
POTATO -1 (BIG)
FOR TADKA
OIL
MUSTARD SEEDS
CURRY LEAVES
SALT TO TASTE
CHILLY POWDER
TURMERIC POWDER A PINCH
Method: CUT BRINJAL AND POTATOES INTO
SMALL PIECES,
HEAT OIL IN A PAN
ADD MUSTRD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES
NOW ADD THE CHOPPED
VEGETABLES
COVER THE PAN WITH A LID AND
COOK ON A LOW FLAME TILL THEY
ARE COOKED
NOW ADD SALT CHIILI AND
TURMERIC POWDER STIR FOR 2 MIN
GOES WELL WITH RICE ,WHEN
SERVED AS A SIDE DISH WITH DAL
