Green Gram Sundal Recipe: (Category: Snacks / Side Dishes)

Ingredients:
moong dal - 1/4 kg,
red chillies - 2,
mustard - 1 tsp,
asafoatida - 1/4 tsp,
oil 2 tsp,
grated coconut - 10 tsp ,
salt - 1/4 tsp,
curry leaves - 10
Method:
cook green gramdal in water and drain. it should not be
overcooked. It is better not to cook in pressure cooker.
in a kadai add oil, put mustard, red chillies, asafoetida.
