Ingredients: rice flour- 2cup
split green gram paste-1/2cup
oil-2tsp
turmeric powder-1/4tsp
cumin seeds-1/2tsp
red chili(optional)-1tsp
salt to taste
oil for frying
water for binding as required
Method: wash and soak the pulses for 15-20
minutes.
